Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter invite you to join in a facilitated discussion of the Cortex Development at the Schlafly Tap Room on June 10th.
A fee of $10/member; $30/non-member for this joint event allows attendees to enjoy two drinks, appetizers and lively conversation.
The Cortex Innovation Community is home to a vibrant 200-acre technology district integrated into St. Louis’ historic Central West End and Forest Park Southeast residential neighborhoods. It is a hub for bioscience and technology research, development and commercialization, anchoring St. Louis’ growing ecosystem of innovative startups and established companies.
Panelists will discuss:
- What is unique from a sustainability perspective on this project?
- Who was involved in design and development?
- How was the development funded?
- What’s next? What is the development time line and what are the next steps?
- How did everyone work together (design/construction and development side)?
- How did sustainability help drive the development?
