What should a Contractor know to have a successful LEED Project? This course will cover
Materials and Resources requirements, Indoor Air Quality requirements, Prerequisites, and
other items that the Construction Professional needs to know for a successful project.
Handouts will include sample Indoor Air Quality management plans, sample Construction
Waste management plans, material tracking spreadsheets, as well as tips from successful
LEED projects. Useful for Construction personnel as well as Architects, Specifiers, and
project managers, the class will examine the most-often missed items under the Contractor's
